Creator Program Terms
Last updated September 30, 2026
These Creator Program Terms govern participation in CatchBack Creators. By applying or participating, you agree to these terms and the Content Guidelines.
1. Eligibility and applications
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, be legally able to enter this agreement, and participate only where the program and its payout methods are available to you. CatchBack may approve, reject, pause, or close an application based on program fit, content quality, consistency, available capacity, risk, or operational needs. Application, invitation, and participation do not guarantee acceptance, assignments, views, continued eligibility, or earnings.
If an application is rejected, you may apply again 30 days after the prior decision. A new application does not guarantee approval.
2. Eligible posts
Wait for written approval before creating program content. Each submission must be a public Instagram Reel, TikTok, YouTube Short, or Facebook Reel that you control and that follows the Content Guidelines, platform rules, advertising requirements, and applicable law. Eligible videos must show you ripping a pack in the CatchBack app and include your own commentary. Screen recordings are eligible only when they include your commentary. CatchBack may reject, pause monitoring for, or require changes to private, deleted, misleading, duplicated, manipulated, unverifiable, or noncompliant content.
3. CatchBack account and base pay
You may submit a post while CatchBack account setup is still pending, but an eligible CatchBack account must be connected before a post can be approved and its earnings delivered. The creator portal verifies the connected CatchBack account ID and email, but CatchBack authentication and the spendable balance remain in the main CatchBack service. One CatchBack account may be connected to only one creator account, and the connection cannot be switched through self-service.
Effective August 12, 2026, content-moderation approval makes an eligible post eligible for base pay and starts view verification. The applicable base rate is transferred to the connected CatchBack balance after the post reaches 250 verified views and the earning observation is accepted. For matching cross-posts, the first eligible platform to reach the verified-view requirement receives the group's single base payment. The remaining platforms, and posts approved for view bonuses only, do not receive base pay.
Base pay and other earnings credited before this change remain credited and will not be reduced or clawed back because of the new view requirement.
An eligible signup pack is fixed when an application is submitted. The current offer provides one free Bronze Pack after CatchBack approves the application, the creator submits their first video, and the creator connects an available CatchBack account. The offer runs through August 31, 2026. Each eligible application can receive one signup pack.
Creators who qualified under an earlier earnings promotion keep the percentage already attached to their account. That percentage is fixed for an eligible post when the post is first approved and is applied when accepted view observations recalculate the post’s total entitlement. Promotions do not apply to referral bonuses or other physical rewards unless the offer expressly says otherwise.
4. Trailing verification schedule
CatchBack schedules the first automated check immediately after approval, successful daily checks for the first seven days, and successful weekly checks afterward while an approved, public, compliant post remains below the per-post cap. Configuration, quota, empty-result, and temporary provider failures may retry after about 15 minutes. At each accepted observation, CatchBack recalculates the post’s entitlement using the current global rate card, current creator override, and the post’s fixed promotion percentage. Only a positive difference between the recalculated entitlement and the amount previously credited is added to the wallet.
CatchBack does not claw back credited earnings because rates decrease, views decrease, a provider corrects data, or a post later becomes private, deleted, rejected, or noncompliant. Monitoring stops permanently when the post reaches the current $3,000 cap. Monitoring may pause when a post is confirmed private, deleted, unavailable, or noncompliant and may resume after an administrator confirms restoration.
5. Automated checks and manual verification
CatchBack may use HikerAPI, Bright Data, the YouTube Data API, or another provider to collect public post data without your social account login. Automated counts are accepted only when the returned post identifier and creator handle, stable profile ID, or stable channel ID match the submission. YouTube and Facebook verification do not require creator OAuth permission. Facebook support does not authorize CatchBack to publish or manage Pages, comments, likes, reactions, Stories, Live video, ordinary posts, or private content. Provider access is not guaranteed and may be affected by platform policy or technical changes.
If automatic verification fails or omits a usable metric, retries follow the current trailing verification schedule. A CatchBack administrator may also open the public post, verify the visible view count, and record it manually. Manually verified counts follow the same positive-only wallet rules.
6. CatchBack balance, referrals, and withdrawals
The creator dashboard is an audit record of creator earnings and their transfer status. It is not a separate wallet. A qualified referral bonus is transferred once to the referrer’s connected CatchBack balance. Calendar months are used for Pacific-time reporting only and do not control earning or transfer eligibility.
Once delivered, creator earnings become part of your regular CatchBack balance and are subject to the main CatchBack service terms, balance rules, availability controls, and withdrawal flow. You may use eligible funds to buy packs or request a withdrawal from CatchBack. Withdrawal timing, eligibility, limits, verification, fees, and supported methods are governed by the terms and product flow shown in CatchBack when you request one.
A technical delivery failure does not erase a valid creator earning. CatchBack keeps an idempotent transfer record and may retry delivery. Contact the program team if the creator portal shows a failed transfer that does not resolve.
7. Disclosures and lawful content
You must clearly disclose your material relationship with CatchBack in every program post and use platform disclosure tools when available. You may not make misleading claims or imply prices, odds, returns, product terms, or earnings that CatchBack has not approved. The Content Guidelines provide practical requirements.
8. Content rights
You retain ownership of the content you create. By submitting content that CatchBack approves, you grant CatchBack and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for 12 months from approval to store, use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, edit, crop, caption, reformat, and create derivative versions of that content for program administration and CatchBack marketing. This includes use on CatchBack-owned websites and social channels, as well as in paid advertising, boosted posts, partnership ads, and other paid media. The license includes your name, image, voice, likeness, and social handle only as they appear in, or are reasonably used to identify, the submitted content. CatchBack may sublicense these rights to its advertising platforms, agencies, and service providers solely to exercise this license. No additional fee is owed for these licensed uses beyond program compensation unless CatchBack agrees otherwise in writing.
You confirm that you created the content or have all rights needed for it, including rights to music, footage, images, names, and likenesses. CatchBack may mute, remove, or replace third-party audio or other elements when adapting content for advertising or platform compliance. CatchBack will not use your name or likeness outside the submitted content in a way that implies a separate endorsement without permission.
9. Taxes and relationship
You are responsible for your taxes, reporting obligations, fees charged by your payout provider, and information reasonably required to process or report payments. Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship.
10. Pausing or ending participation
CatchBack may pause or end participation for guideline violations, fraud, artificial engagement, platform enforcement, misuse, legal or safety concerns, or operational reasons. A pause disables new submissions but does not erase valid creator earnings already recorded. You may stop participating at any time.
11. Changes and contact
CatchBack may update these terms as the program evolves. Material changes apply prospectively unless a change is required for security, law, or abuse prevention. Questions may be sent to partnerships@catchback.com.
