Creator handbook
Content Guidelines
Last updated September 30, 2026
Make short-form content that gives viewers an honest, accurate picture of CatchBack and your real experience. These rules apply to every post submitted through the CatchBack Creator Program, along with the rules of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Facebook.
The essentials
- Create a public Instagram Reel, TikTok, YouTube Short, or Facebook Reel.
- Show yourself ripping a pack in the CatchBack app.
- Add your own commentary, on camera or as a voiceover. Screen recordings are allowed when they include your commentary.
- Keep CatchBack app referral codes in the caption. Do not show or say an app referral code in the video.
- Make only truthful claims based on your real experience or current CatchBack information.
- Use only footage, music, images, logos, and people you have permission to include.
- Earn views naturally. Purchased, automated, or coordinated fake engagement is prohibited.
- Keep the post public and available during review and verification.
Keep CatchBack app referral codes in the caption
You may include your CatchBack app referral code in the post caption. Do not display the code on screen, say it in a voiceover, or otherwise include it in the video itself. The video should focus on the content and your experience, with the app referral code kept in the caption only.
Be honest, accurate, and specific
Your opinions must reflect your real experience. Factual claims must be accurate, current, and not misleading, including claims implied by editing, captions, images, or on-screen text.
- Describe CatchBack and its products using current information from CatchBack.
- Do not invent or stage pulls, reactions, prices, odds, card values, earnings, returns, or results.
- Do not promise that someone will make money, receive a particular card, or achieve the same outcome as you.
- Do not make unsupported claims about competitors or present personal opinions as facts.
- Direct viewers to catchback.com when product details, pricing, or terms may change.
Create your own work
Film and edit your own content. Do not copy another creator, repost someone else’s video, or submit the same video more than once. A new caption, crop, filter, or soundtrack does not make duplicated content yours.
Every submission must show you ripping a pack in the CatchBack app and include your own commentary, on camera or as a voiceover. You may film yourself, record your screen, or combine both. A screen recording without your commentary is not eligible.
Use third-party music, footage, images, trademarks, names, voices, and likenesses only when you have the necessary rights or permission. Do not reveal private information, film someone who has not agreed to appear, or use CatchBack branding in a way that suggests you are an employee or official spokesperson.
Grow views authentically
Views and engagement must come from real people discovering or choosing to watch your post. Do not use bots, view farms, click generators, fake accounts, purchased engagement, engagement pods, misleading tags, or coordinated activity intended to inflate performance.
Do not run paid ads, boost a post using CatchBack’s name, or send mass messages or spam comments to promote program content without written approval from CatchBack.
Keep content safe and respectful
Program content cannot promote or include illegal activity, hate or discrimination, harassment, threats, dangerous conduct, sexual or exploitative material, graphic violence, fraud, impersonation, or the disclosure of private information. It also cannot spread demonstrably false information or violate the rights of another person.
Ask before running a promotion
Do not organize a giveaway, contest, sweepstakes, raffle, or similar promotion using CatchBack’s name or products without written approval. Approval may include additional rules, disclosures, and eligibility requirements.
Keep every submission reviewable
Submit the direct public link through your creator dashboard and keep it working while CatchBack reviews the post and verifies its views. Do not materially edit, replace, privatize, or delete the post during review. CatchBack may ask you to correct or remove program content that violates these guidelines, platform rules, third-party rights, or applicable law.
Common reasons a post is rejected
- A private, deleted, broken, or otherwise unverifiable post.
- A CatchBack app referral code shown, spoken, or otherwise included in the video instead of only in the caption.
- Copied, reposted, recycled, or substantially duplicated content.
- No commentary from you, including a screen recording with only music or captions.
- No pack rip in the CatchBack app.
- Misleading claims about products, prices, odds, earnings, returns, or guaranteed outcomes.
- Artificially inflated views or engagement.
- Unlicensed music, footage, images, or other protected material.
- Unsafe, hateful, harassing, explicit, fraudulent, or privacy-violating content.
- Spam, unauthorized paid promotion, or an unapproved giveaway.
- Any content that violates platform rules, applicable law, third-party rights, or these guidelines.
Three strong starting angles
- Pack-opening reaction: film a real opening and give honest commentary about what you pull.
- Guaranteed buyback in 30 seconds: rip a pack while you explain the idea simply, then point viewers to catchback.com for current details.
- My first CatchBack pull: tell a short collector story about the card and what made the opening interesting.
